Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital education products:

• All sales are final.

• No refunds are available once access to an online course or digital content has been provided.

• Course access, materials, manuals, and videos are considered delivered immediately upon purchase.

In-Person Training Courses

• Course deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations or changes within 14 days of course commencement are not permitted.

• Course transfers may be approved at our discretion and may incur a transfer fee.

• Full payment must be completed prior to course commencement.

Physical Products (Kits & Tools)

• Refunds or replacements are only offered if an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence.

• Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted.

Chargebacks & Disputes

• All customers agree to our terms and policies at checkout.

• Access to digital content and course materials is logged and recorded.

• Any unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery action.
